Void processes workspace activity, summaries, and operational metadata to deliver the product. This notice is a public summary, not a substitute for customer terms.
We use the name, email, message and country you submit to review access and send request-related emails. A protected hash of your IP address helps limit abuse. Unapproved requests are removed after 90 days during routine request processing. Approved account information remains while access is maintained. Optional contributions are processed by Stripe; Void does not receive your card number. Contributing does not change your access.
Access is handled through the hosted sign-in flow. Authentication events and security-relevant failures may be logged to protect the service.
Workspace content can include ingested feeds, uploaded records, generated summaries, alerts, narratives, and reports used to operate the product features exposed to the user.
The platform may retain job metadata, health events, and error logs needed to operate the service. Retention and contractual handling depend on the applicable plan and agreement.
